About On-site Clean

Founded in 2016, On-Site Clean is built on the principles of partnership and trust within the ever-evolving pharmacy compounding industry. Our company emerged from the need to properly appreciate and maintain ISO cleanrooms and ensure effective operations within compounding suites. Often, pharmacy teams were too burnt out to clean adequately, and Environmental Service Teams faced understaffing and high turnover, leading to inconsistent cleaning and increased microbial growth risks.

Fast forward 8 years, and we remain your dedicated and reliable partner in all aspects of compounding pharmacy cleaning. We continue to assist pharmacy leadership by offering additional services to maintain and enhance compliance. When USP introduced final revisions and increased oversight in specific areas, On-Site Clean rose to the challenge. Our service offerings expanded to include monthly surface sampling and personnel competency testing, such as hand hygiene and garbing with gloved fingertip samples, as well as aseptic manipulations via media fill testing.
